If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 15 days, together with proof of purchase, for a full refund. If 15 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The return address is very relaid in your country. Please contact our Customer service at [email protected] beforehand. Please do not send your purchase before the reply from our Customer service.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 (five) business days:
- check your bank account again;
- contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted;
- contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded (unless it is damaged).
Damaged or wrong Items
Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Please provide us with the photos of damaged or wrongly sent products via [email protected] together with the refund request and the refund will be issued to you in full. OR, at your choice, we can replace the product, or send you another product of the same or around the same value.
Due to the specifics of the products we sell, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
